Overview
Overview
Our mission is to broaden the impact of gene therapy by applying its transformative potential to common diseases. We are advancing a dedicated pipeline of AAV-based treatments in ophthalmology and neurology to address significant unmet medical needs for large patient populations worldwide.
| Code | Therapeutic Area | Indication (Detail) | Development | Note |

| NG101 | Ophthalmology | Wet AMD |
NCT05984927
FDA Fast Track Designation
NG101 is our lead clinical program for wet AMD, designed to address the heavy treatment burden of frequent standard-of-care injections. Utilizing an AAV8 vector, it delivers a codon optimized aflibercept gene via a single subretinal administration for durable, long-term disease control. The FDA has granted Fast Track designation for NG101. |

| EG103 | Ophthalmology | Dry AMD (Geographic Atrophy) | ||
EG103 is a first-in-class investigational AAV gene therapy for geographic atrophy associated with dry AMD. It is designed as a single administration to drive sustained intraocular expression of TAFA4, a secreted neuro-supportive protein intended to help maintain retinal synaptic structure and signaling. By targeting retinal synaptic dysfunction as a key contributor to functional decline in GA, EG103 aims to support durable preservation of visual function from a one-time treatment. |
| EG201 | Neurology | Chronic Neuropathic Pain | ||
EG201 is a first in class investigational AAV gene therapy for chronic neuropathic pain designed around a disease modifying hypothesis at the dorsal root ganglion neuron and satellite glial cell interface. It is designed as a single dose administration to drive sustained in vivo expression of an scFv targeting FAM19A5, a secreted factor hypothesized to regulate neuron glia association in the dorsal root ganglion. By targeting this mechanism as a contributor to pain persistence, EG201 aims to provide consistent and durable control from a one-time treatment. |
